NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001781-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-B is the Plaintiff and Jennifer A. Murphy Wagner a/k/a Jennifer Murphy Howell; Comerica Bank; Austin David Howell a/k/a Austin D. Howell; Hunter David Howell; Alexander David Howell a/k/a Alexander Howell; The Unknown Successor Trustee of the David A. Howell Revocable Trust dated 03/01/2000; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the David A. Howell Revocable Trust dated 03/01/2000; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of David A. Howell, Deceased; Branch Banking and Trust Company, as Successor Trustee of the David A. Howell Revocable Trust dated 03/01/2000 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on January 7, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 95 OF GOLDEN SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
