NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2020 and an Order on Defendant's Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale Scheduled for September 10, 2020 dated September 4, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2019-CA-000980-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA5, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA5, Plaintiff, and ANNA PUSZ; JAMES HULL; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, et al., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of January, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 26, MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 9 THROUGH 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
