Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on January 22, 2020, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Clerk of Orange County will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:

the street address of which is 962 Glenmeadow Drive, Winter Garden, Florida 34787.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 3, 2020 , at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
