NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 12, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-005823 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and KWOK WING CHEUNG A/K/A TONY CHEUNG A/K/A KOWKWING T. CHEUNG, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66, FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE III-A, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 21 THROUGH 27, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
