NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 22, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2017CA002323AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FRANKLIN AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and SARAH E. KELLY-JOFFRE A/K/A SARAH KELLY-JOFFRE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 254, HARRISON RANCH, PHASE IB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 161 THROUGH 204, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
