NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 21, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-002865 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and AMANDA L. VANDERHEYDEN; ADAMSTOWN 1 CONDOMINIUM, INC.; ADAMSTOWN I OF WINTER HAVEN, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KRISTINA BARDELL; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JUSTIN DAVIDSON are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on February 25, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
UNIT B-16, ADAMSTOWN I CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGES 8, 9, AND 10, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED OCTOBER 21, 1980 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1974, PAGE 352 AND AMENDED BY INSTRUMENT FILED APRIL 13, 1981 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2009, PAGE 1302, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/20TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROVISION OF DECLARATION.
