NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2020, and entered in 2019CA000190000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LOANCARE, LLC is the Plaintiff and EVELYN BLANCO; WHISPER LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 10, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, WHISPER LAKE II, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 82, AT PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
