CURTIS A/K/A CHRIS ERNEST CURTIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRIS E CURTIS A/K/A CHRIS ERNEST CURTIS; WATERFORD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF LAKELAND, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; THE CITY OF LAKELAND, FLORIDA ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendant(s).
