NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019CA000255000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and ANTJUAN WILSON A/K/A A. WILSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTJUAN WILSON A/K/A A. WILSON; CITY OF LAKELAND, FLORIDA, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 125 FEET OF THE WEST 71 FEET OF LOT 8 OF CAPT. W.B. BONAKER'S SUBDIVISION LAKELAND, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 5 FEET, FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. Property Address: 1610 West 7th Street, Lakeland, Florida 33805
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
