Strickland Jr. a/k/a Bobby H. Strickland, Debra D. Strickland a/k/a Debra Strickland, Park Tree Investments 20, LLC, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk. realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the February 28, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
