RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 27, 2020 in Case No. 2018CA003324000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein PINGORA LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH SANTIAGO CARTAGENA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 1136, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 5, VILLAGE 7, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 53, Pages 19 through 28, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida Parcel Identification Number: 032828-934760-047110
