NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018 CA 002240 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Trust Series 2007-2, TBW Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and Albert B. Khleif a/k/a Albert Khleif; Shantel Holdings, Inc., as Trustee of the 1919 N. Allendale Drive Land Trust; Unknown Beneficiaries of the 1919 N. Allendale Drive Land Trust are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00AM on the 6th day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, LEISURE LAKES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
