NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 14, 2019 in Civil Case No. 11-2018-CA-002207-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and ROGER L HILL JR., et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27 day of February, 2020 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
FAMILY LIVING UNIT NO. 12, NAPLES BATH AND TENNIS CLUB, UNIT B, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 632, PAGE 179, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
