NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 7, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 002788 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2007-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff, and VASILY BILIK; NATALYA BILIK; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A PAUL PERETS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 6, 2020 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN AT THE NE CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE ΒΌ OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, RUN WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE 458 FEET; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 240 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 210 FEET; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE SAID NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, 205.82, MORE OR LESS, TO THE WEST LINE OF THE SAID NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, THENCE NORTH ALONG THE SAID WEST LINE 210 FEET; THENCE EAST 206.35 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
