NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment as to Count III entered in the above noted case that the following properties will be sold in Sarasota County, Florida by the Sarasota County Clerk, described as:
Unit 204, Week No. 40, VERANDA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1525, Page(s) 1328, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 19, Page 6, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 4th day of March, 2020. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be by ACH, wire transfer, cash, cashier's check, or money order payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of sale by ACH, wire transfer, cash, cashier's check, or money order.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED
