NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 5th day of December 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-005028, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-17 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-17, is the Plaintiff and WAYNE A. OSBORNE; BRENDA L. OSBORNE; FOREST J. SPICHER; KATIEJO SPICHER; SANDPIPER APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of March 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1014, PAGE 1484, AS AMENDED AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE OF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE 53, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH: AN UNDIVIDED 1/201ST INTEREST IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PARCEL II IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT # 2000017578, OF SAID RECORDS
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
