NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Unit 701, of THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 12788, Page 117, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
