NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 9, 2019, entered in Case No.: 2018-CA-002024 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WALTER A. TUTEN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LINDA LUSTER; WALTER A. TUTEN, AS BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF LINDA LUSTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER A. TUTEN; BARBARA TUTEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA TUTEN; OPAL P. GARNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OPAL P. GARNER; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, the Clerk of the Court, shall sell the subject property at public sale on April 7, 2020 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com.
