YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action in equity to compel enforcement of a restrictive covenant and to enjoin further violations of the covenant affecting real property upon the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 104 in Williamsdale Square 3rd Addition as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 19, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' attorney, TIMOTHY C. SCHULER, Esquire, whose address is 8200 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, on or before March 9, 2020, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
