NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14th, 2019, and entered in 19-004315-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MASTER FUNDING TRUST REO, BY U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JEROME RICHARDSON, DECEASED; RODDERICK RICHARDSON; CHRISTOPHER RICHARDSON; MICHAEL RICHARDSON; APRIL RICHARDSON; PINELLAS COUNTY CONSTRUCTION LICENSING BOARD; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; RESPONSE WORLDWIDE INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE OF RICHARD GREENLEE are the Defendant(s).
