NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated the 17th day of January, 2020, in Case No.: 19-003355-CI of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which is the Plaintiff, Michael R. O'Brien as trustee of The Hawkeye Irrevocable Trust under trust agreement dated the 19th of July, 1996 and TYCHE, LLC., TYCHE TRUST, SHAWN MECHAN, KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 27, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 17, LAKEWOOD COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES PARTIAL REPLAT, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 100, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 1700 Lakewood Drive, St. Petersburg, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
