NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2020, and entered in Case No. 17-004021-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Clerk of the Courts, Ken Burke shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 10:00 A.M. on February 20, 2020, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 208-D, OF CASA DEL MAR II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 36-59 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 14-36, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4576, PAGE 291 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL
