NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA003959XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and Lilsonja Meletta Hill; Unknown Spouse of Lilsonja Meletta Hill; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 11th day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK “B”, TIOGA SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
