NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2019 and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated January 10, 2020 and entered in Case No. 18-002734-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and SHERRI R. MCKINLEY; JAMES R. MCKINLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERRI R. MCKINLEY; FOX LAKE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A FOX CHASE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; FOX CHASE WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHICAGO TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 20, 2020 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
