YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for a Joint Petition for Adoption By Stepparent has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Petitioner's attorney, AIMEE TRINOSKEY, ESQUIRE, of the Law Office of Aimee Trinoskey whose address is, 4554 Central Avenue, Suite A, St. Petersburg, Florida 33711, Telephone: (727) 327-3020, on or before March 6, 2020, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
