NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 13-006811-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-10, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-10, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GREGORY C. HOFFMAN A/K/A GREGORY H. HOFFMAN A/K/A GREGORY G. HOFFMAN, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; INDYMAC BANK, FSB A FEDERALLY CHARTERED SAVINGS BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES; CYNTHIA HOFFMAN A/K/A CYNTHIA TURKSON HOFFMAN A/K/A CYNTHIA TURKSON A/K/A CYNTHIA E. and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
