NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Lien dated the 28th day of January, 2020, and entered in 2019-006096-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein E-STAR ROOFING SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and RAMI RAMADAN, KATHY RAMADAN, and KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS a/k/a ADAM RAMADAN, are Defendants. Ken Burke, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. EST on February 27, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Lien to wit:
LOT 37, SEMINOLE GROVE ESTATES NORTH ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Pages 74 through 78, Public Records of PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
