YOU ARE NOTIFIED that A JOINT PETITION FOR STEPPARENT ADOPTION regarding Tristan Michael Hardaway, born on March 22,2011 in Gainesville, FL has been filed. There will be a hearing on the Petition, which will terminate parental rights of Frankie Lee Clark Jr., on March 19,2020 at 9 a.m. before the Honorable Judge Denise R. Ferrero at the Alachua County Civil and Family Justice Center, 201 E. University Avenue, Chambers Room 302, Gainesville, Florida 32601. The Court has set aside 10 minutes for this hearing.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Joshua Jamiman Ross, whose address is 25152 SW 15th Ave Newberry, FL 32669, on or before February 27, 2020 and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 201 E.
