NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-010781-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Green Bluff, LLC, a dissolved Florida Corporation, by and through Richard Gorka, its Manager, The Helpful Highness, LLC. a/k/a The Helpful Highness, a dissolved Florida Corporation, by and through Theresa Canfield, its Manager, Anglea Ravin, Demetrice Wilson, Jamaica Joiner, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against the Estate of Brenda L. Braswell, deceased, Timber Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., Timber Springs Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Howard Elliott, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Wilma Elliott, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, , are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the March 11, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
