NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2020, and entered in Case No. 48-2019-CA-006337-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Corine Gainey, deceased, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Katrina Lovette, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Catherine Lovette, United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the March 17, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
