Property “A”: Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 30, Township 42 South, Range 25 East, lying and being in Charlotte County, Florida.
Property “B”: The South ½ of the Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ and the North ½ of the Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ and the South ½ of the Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 30, Township 42 South, Range 25 East, lying and being in Charlotte County, Florida. Subject to easements, dedications, Road rights of way dedications, and oil, gas and mineral reservations of record.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert C. Benedict, Plaintiffs' attorney whose address is Wideikis, Benedict & Berntsson, LLC, The BIG W Law Firm, 3195 S. Access Road, Englewood, Florida 34224, on or before 3-16-2020, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
