NOTICE is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated January 29, 2020 in Case No. 16-290CA in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which CAROLYN J. JONES, Successor Trustee of the Herbert Wesley Jones and Carolyn Jane Jones Revocable Living Trust UTD September 25, 1992 is plaintiff and VICKEY P. BARDEN is the defendant.
THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT WILL SELL to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on March 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages.
Lot 8, PUNTA NOVA, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 77 of the public records of Charlotte County, Florida, the same being a subdivision of Lot 18, GROVE CITY LAND COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION, of Section 6, Township 41 South, Range 20 East, Charlotte County, Florida.
