Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies will sell the property located in Manatee County, Florida, being specifically described as follows:
Lot 4, Block B, SYLVAN OAKS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, pages 85-90 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 10, 2020.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
