NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2020, entered in Case No. 2018CA005926AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee (CWMBS 2005-HYB6) is the Plaintiff and Heather McKean; Vince Blot a/k/a Vince G. Blot a/k/a Vincent Blot a/k/a Vincent G. Blot; Citibank, N.A., successor by merger to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 3rd day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, LESS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 21, SARABAY HARBOUR, UNIT 2, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST ALONG NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 21, 6.15 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 31 DEGREES 55' EAST, 177 FEET MORE OR LESS TO WATERS OF BOAT CHANNEL; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID BOAT CHANNEL, 13.5 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 21; THENCE NORTH 34 DEGREES 00' WEST ALONG SAID EASTERLY LINE OF LOT 21, 180 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING PART OF LOT 21, SARABAY HARBOUR, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
