NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure on CrossPlaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment entered in the above-styled case on December 27, 2019, in the above referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County Florida, I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, on April 7, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described herein:
Lot 140, RIVER CLUB SOUTH, SUBPHASE V-B3, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 170 through 175, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
