NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2019, entered in Case No. 2017CA002937AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein is the Plaintiff and Jason A. Zimmerman a/k/a Jason Zimmerman; Unknown Spouse of Jason A. Zimmerman a/k/a Jason Zimmerman; Heritage Harbour Master Association, Inc.; The Townhomes at Lighthouse Cove II Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 20th day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2207, BUILDING 22, THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2096, PAGE 1874, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
