The West 65 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, Block 1, W.F. ZANDER'S SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 83, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Property Address: 114 E. Broadway St, Fort Meade, FL 33841-2904, will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on February 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This Notice of Sale tracks the language in Administrative Order (3-15.14) in the Tenth Judicial Circuit In and For Polk County, Florida.
