NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 24, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA-001270-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC10, Plaintiff and ABELARDO LOPEZ; ADA E. LA TORRE RIVERA A/K/A ADA LA TORRE RIVERA; LUIS GABRIEL LOPEZ LA TORRE; FRANCES SCARLATA; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on March 10, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
