NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 3, 2019 and entered in Case No. 532018CA002692000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSMPS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-3 is Plaintiff and LAURA HERRERA A/K/A LAURA RODRIGUEZ HERRERA; JESSICA DIANA GONZALEZ HERRERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA DIANA GONZALEZ HERRERA; ALEXANDER GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDER GONZALEZ; ADAN EMMANUEL GONZALEZ HERRERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADAN EMMANUEL GONZALEZ HERRERA; ELIZABETH MAYA; KATTIA M.
