RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 29, 2020 in Case No. 2018CA004006000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DON LAMASTER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block F, Crooked Lake Park Tract Number 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 42, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
