NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001085000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which LOANDEPOT.COM,LLC d/b/a IMORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and Kristopher Derek Rheinsmith, Patricia A. Seifts, Krenson Woods Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the March 10, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 115, KRENSON WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 153, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
