NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2020, entered in Case No. 2018CA003979000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-RZ2 is the Plaintiff and Merneus Lubin; Unknown Spouse of Merneus Lubin are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 10th day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 24, SHORE ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
