That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 311, FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT I, a Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2312, Pages 1208 through 1338, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
has been filed against you, RODNEY STORRUSTEN and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address is as follows:
