Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 19-CA-004549, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BOKF, N.A., A NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION D/B/A HOMEDIRECT MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and RALF DRAUDT; YING DRAUDT are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on MARCH 12, 2020 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 4822, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 71, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 88 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
