UNIT 2, BUILDING NUMBER 20150, THE VILLAGE AT WILDCAT RUN, PHASE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2017 PAGE 4028 ET SEQ TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
