NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-008276 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF11 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and JAMES CADICAMO A/K/A JAMES VICTOR CADICAMO; CITY OF TAMPA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A NAKERIA HARRIS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A DAWN SANTIAGO, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of March, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOTS 11 & 12, AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 13 IN BLOCK 26 OF NEBRASKA AVENUE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
