Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 4, 2020 in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the above-styled Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THAT PART OF THE SOUTH QUARTER (S1/4) OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING SOUTHEASTERLY OF THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF ATLANTIC COAST LINE RAILROAD, LESS THE NORTH 100 FEET THEREOF. More commonly known as 5115 Shadowlawn Avenue, Tampa, FL.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 A.M., on the 9th day of April, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
