NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 7, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA008238XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and Wayne L. Scott; Unknown Spouse of Wayne L. Scott; Ciega Village Homeowners Association, Inc.; Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida; Shella Marshall are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 10th day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 143, THE LAKES, UNIT II, PHASE I, SECTION IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGES 58 AND 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
