NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order dated January 29, 2020, entered in Case No. 522019CA001636XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Dawn L. Reddick a/k/a Dawn Lynn Reddick a/k/a Dawn Reddick ; Rick Reddick; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 26th day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 54 AND 55, BAYWOOD VILLAGE SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE(S) 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
