NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-007213-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC3, is Plaintiff and TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 206, INC. A/K/A TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 206, A CONDOMINIUM; MARCIA AMES A/K/A MARSHA AMES; CYNTHIA PAULINO; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CHARLES AMES; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10TH day of MARCH, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
IVANHOE HOUSE UNIT 410, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 206, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 92 THRU 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. 3632, PAGE 137, AMENDED THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
